You will be responsible for:

This position involved providing Tier 1 email/ chat/ phone support assisting with technical questions and issues for Genoox’s users. Responsible for all aspects of incident management including first level phone support logging, analyzing, resolving, and follow up on application functional issues. Remediate problems while identifying and escalating more complex problems to appropriate members for resolution.

As part of this role you will be: 

• Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone
• Training other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
• Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
• Diagnosing system errors and other issues
• Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
• Writing, editing, and revising training manuals for new and updated software and hardware
• Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods

Requirements:

• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Proficiency in English
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Customer service orientation
• Student or graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Biology, or a related field.
• Proven working experience in providing Help Desk support – Advantage

Additional Information:

• This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work from home.

• • Our office is situated in central Tel Aviv.

• Working hours are from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Israel time) to accommodate the Australia region, resulting in a non-routine schedule.

With our continuous growth and expansion into new clinical domains, we are actively searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Manager to join our team. 

What Will you Do 

As a FinOps Manager you will be responsible for overseeing our financial operations, ensuring efficient management of payables and receivables, and maintaining strong relationships with financial service providers, banks, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Oversee the preparation and processing of payments, credit card, and travel expense reports. Administer the accounts payable process by supervising and uploading payment transactions, tracking missing invoices, and compiling financial data essential for audit compliance
• Accounts Receivable: Assist in the collection of outstanding invoices and support all aspects of the AR process, including invoice verification, distribution, and updates to customer spreadsheets/systems.
• Banking Relations: Manage day-to-day banking relationships and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring smooth financial operations.
• Expenses Management: Operate within budget constraints to establish and maintain effective expense monitoring and management practices. Proactively work to reduce costs incurred by the company across all financial operations.
• Insurance and ESOP Management: Oversee the company’s insurance policies and manage all operational aspects of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP).
• Vendors Relations: Lead relationships with outsourced financial service providers including interactions with the company’s landlord.
• Payroll and HR Support: Prepare documentation for payroll processing and assist HR with the acquisition of office equipment and other employee onboarding tasks.
• HR Support: Assist HR with the acquisition of office equipment and other employee onboarding tasks.
• Marketing & Delivery Support : Assist Marketing and Delivery teams with travel arrangements and events coordination and preparations 
• Administrative Duties: Address routine office needs including managing mail, meeting scheduling and supporting day-to-day operational issues

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant financial field (e.g.,  Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,) is required. 
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a in start ups in a similar role, preferably in companies that work with external financial, legal or administrative providers 
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Office Suite / G-DocSuite, Banks and Credit Cards systems,  governmental and vendor portals, Familiarity with QuickBooks / Priority / NetSuite or similar system –  a huge advantage  
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision with external vendors

We are building our core big data and analysis engine and are looking for a senior backend developer to join us, someone who is experienced, talented and curious with a passion for transforming complex data sets into insights which can change people’s lives. 

You will be responsible for:

You will take part in designing and developing our entire backend  processing engine. You will work on big data processing and cloud related aspects such as scalability, performance, security and more. The challenge is to develop an efficient large scale processing engine as well as specific algorithmic solutions to complex bio-data challenges.

As part of this role you will: 

• Develop features and improvements to Genoox’s platform in a secure, well-tested, and performant way.
• Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders within Engineering (Frontend, UX, etc.) to maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance.
• Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review.
• Taking lead on projects, as needed.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience with large scale systems 
• Knowledge and experience with Java/Scala
• Strong algorithmic capabilities
• Knowledge of software architectural patterns (e.g., MVC, Microservices).
• Experience in creating and refining domain models that represent the complex domain accurately.
• Experience with overcoming scalability and performance challenges
• At least one of the following
  • Experience with offline big data solutions such as Spark
  • Experience with big data backend development using  NoSql and MPP solutions such as ElasticSearch/Cassandra/Reddshift
• A passion for technology and for developing robust, scalable, state of the art software systems

As a Product Manager at Genoox, you will take a leading role in shaping the future of our genetic clinical analysis software. Your journey begins with prototyping new features, where your creativity and attention to detail will play a key role in bringing innovative ideas to life. You will manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring that each phase, from inception to release, is handled with expertise and precision.

As the product owner, you will take complete ownership of your projects, serving as the go-to expert and decision-maker. This role requires a strategic mindset, as you will be responsible for building and maintaining the product roadmap, aligning it with our company’s vision and the ever-evolving market landscape.

As part of this role, you will: 

• Develop and articulate a clear product strategy and vision, crafted to address customer pain points, supported by market research, and in line with the company’s business objectives.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and tasks within a dynamic and agile development environment.
• Oversee the complete journey of product development and evolution. Work with multidisciplinary teams in research and development.
• Engage with Genoox customers and work with them to map out the challenges and requirements of users, converting insights into actionable product features.
• Support cross-functional stakeholders such as sales, marketing and delivery teams in their interactions with customers and users.
• Educate cross-functional stakeholders about product updates to ensure seamless deployments and rollouts.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of work experience as a product manager in a software company. Previous experience in biotechnology – a big advantage.
• High communication skills and capable of understanding the functional aspects of a complex system.
• Experience in Agile practices and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), with the ability to guide and implement these effectively in a product development setting.
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello for managing product development sprints.
• Understanding and hands-on experience with prototyping and wireframing tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with bioinformatic tools and products – an advantage.
